FAQ

Why don't you name the value of your factories?
  • All factories are designed and manufactured for an individual project. The criteria for calculating the cost are: productivity, type of recycled waste, level of automation (computerization), type of performance, climatic conditions of operation, etc. Based on this, the cost is calculated.

Why don't you make serial factories?
  • Recyclable waste is always a raw material that does not have stable physical and chemical characteristics. This means that the garbage is always different and, accordingly, after recycling, the results will always be different. We conduct a detailed study of waste before the development and design of recycling facilities. Research results are key information for the development and technological scheme of processing a specific type of waste in order to achieve maximum efficiency.

Why do you need garbage analysis?
  • Garbage research allows us to understand the composition of the resulting products after processing. They are the basis for calculating the processing margin.

What is pyrolysis?
  • Pyrolysis - thermal destruction (decomposition) of hydrocarbons (waste) in an oxygen-free environment.

What is the output of the pyrolysis oven?
  • After the pyrolysis oven, we get pyrolysis oil (liquid), a mixture of combustible gases, carbon residue.

How can pyrolysis products be used?
  • Pyrolysis oil (liquid) can be processed into gasoline and diesel fractions and fuel oil using a rectification column. You can also get various solvents. The resulting products can be used to generate electricity using multi-fuel diesel generators.

  • Gas can be used to generate heat energy and to generate electricity.

  • Carbon residue can be used, for example, as a solid fuel similar to coal (anthracite).

Is it possible to process different waste in one plant?
  • Dissimilar waste can be processed in one plant. It depends on the composition of the recycled waste. But it should be borne in mind that liquid, pasty, solid, bulky and other wastes require different preparatory equipment.

How many people are needed to operate the complex?
  • It depends on the capacity and the amount of recycled waste. Since factories are highly automated, usually 2-3 people are needed per shift.

Payback period of the plant.
  • Depending on the economic situation in the region (taxes, energy costs, etc.), the number of personnel involved and other factors, the payback period of the plant ranges from 2-4 years.

The impact of the plant on the environment.
  • We have developed 2 technological solutions: with 0 emission into the atmosphere (tubeless technology) and with an exhaust gas cleaning system up to EU standards.

  • Plants do not consume or pollute water, do not emit air emissions, and do not affect the soil.

How to get electricity from garbage?
  • During the pyrolysis processing of waste, a pyrolysis liquid and a combustible gas (mixture of gases) are formed, which can be further processed and obtained synthetic fuel for the operation of electric generators.

How to get gasoline and diesel from trash?
  • After pyrolysis, we obtain a pyrolysis liquid, which, using rectification, is dispersed into gasoline and diesel fractions.

What does “mobile plant” mean?
  • Plants are designed and built in a modular design with a high degree of readiness. Capital construction of buildings and structures is not required. This allows the complexes to be placed in containers for subsequent transportation to the processing site using standard container trucks. It is also possible to manufacture factories with placement on a frame (open type), on a car, in a sea / river version - on a barge.

  • After processing waste at one site, the mobile plant is easily transported to another site or region.
